Back from the Mobile Beat Convention!
Several members of the MDM Entertainment team went to Las Vegas last week for the Mobile Beat 2010 DJ Convention. Needless to say we all had a great time but we were there to learn and learn we did!
Some of the more interesting seminars (at least to us) dealt with wedding lighting and we picked up a lot of new lighting techniques to bring back to Chicago.
A sincere thanks goes out to Jason and Matt from Synergetic Sounds for putting on such a great presentation and being so informative, definitely one of the best presentations of the week. There was so much great information presented the seminar ended up going for four hours instead of the scheduled one. We even missed DJ Kool’s performance at the American DJ party because we were so engulfed in lighting!
We also want to thank Jeff of Musical Edge DJ Service for his helpful presentation on SEO.
Okay, now that I’ve started I want to thank all of the presenters but I don’t have time to list every one. Thank you to you all. We are looking forward to next year!
