Suzanne and Andrea’s White Pines Wedding
With pure love and beauty, Suzanne and Andrea tied the knot at White Pines Golf Club. The girls looked amazing as each one walked down the aisle to their new life together. The night was complete with ivory and truffle colored hanging lanterns, a custom gobo and MDM DJ Nick R.
Everything In One Place
“We knew we wanted an outside wedding!” said the Brides.
A huge plus to a White Pines wedding is their gorgeous outdoor ceremony space. The long aisle makes sure your heart skips a beat as you see your significant other walking towards you. With the right amount of sun and shade and being right outside the reception space, you can’t beat this great venue.
“We looked online for places who were gay friendly that had the capability for an indoor or outdoor wedding. When we saw White Pines, we both knew right away that we wanted to check it out! The staff was very helpful and friendly!” said the Brides.
MDM Entertainment has to agree, the staff is very friendly and you can tell that everyone at White Pines enjoys what they do. From the chef in the kitchen to the staff on the floor, everyone is there to make the couples wedding day special. You can see all of the staff cheering on the brides on their big day.
A Vision in Ivory
For a Bride, the wedding dress plays a HUGE part and with Suzanne and Andrea’s wedding, they were not only getting one wedding dress but two. Twice the butterflies and twice the excitement! Seeing each other for the first time was the ladies’ favorite memory.
“For me, it was seeing Andrea for the first time! Andrea and I made the decision when we became engaged to know as little as possible about what each of us were wearing on our wedding day. As a matter of fact, the only things we knew about each other was that we both wanted to wear flats and our dresses were both going to be ivory. EVERYTHING else was a mystery!! She is a beautiful woman and we hadn’t seen each other since the night before, so I was just ready to see her and marry the woman I love!” said Suzanne.
“For me, my favorite memory was watching Suzanne walk down the aisle with her father! As mentioned before, we hadn’t seen each other and she just looked so beautiful! She melted my heart!” said Andrea.
Seeing their eyes well-up with happy tears was a great feeling. MDM Entertainment sends their best wishes to the couple and thanks them for letting them be apart of their vendor team.
Rustic With a Little Bit of Wow
The reception area at a White Pines wedding is rustic, chic and simple. It is an open space with high ceilings and huge bay windows over looking the golf course. The venue really gives you full range to make the space your own.
One decor item of MDM’s that is very popular at a White Pines wedding is our hanging paper lanterns. Suzanne and Andrea chose truffle, since it matched so well with their ivory dresses and accents. Their hanging lanterns were a mix of small, medium and large sizes with bright lights inside. They really brought the focus to the dance floor so no one could miss where the party was.
Another accent that you could not miss was Suzanne and Andrea’s huge custom gobo. The ladies wanted their names in lights and thats exactly what they got. It looked amazing and really added a lot to the couples wedding pictures.
Dancing in Style
MDM DJ Nick R. brought in great music and great lighting for the ladies’ dancing. For their first dance, Suzanne and Andrea swayed to “I Could Not Ask For More” by Sara Evans and it was like no one else was in the room but them.
“Early in our relationship, we heard the song and it really spoke to both of us. Sara Evans is phenomenal and we both feel so blessed that we really believe “I Could Not Ask For More” suited us. It’s very sentimental for us!” said the Brides
Next Suzanne and her father took the floor, dancing to “I Loved Her First” by Heartland, followed by Andrea and her father, dancing to “In My Daughter’s Eyes” by Martina McBride.
We have seen many father daughter dances over the year but not too many mother daughter dances. Suzanne and Andrea shared a special dance with their beautiful mothers to “You’re Gonna Be” by Reba McEntire.
As the special dances ended, the dancing began! MDM DJ Nick R. had everyone a movin’ and a shakin’. Even the people who said they never dance, were out on the dance floor, young and old. It was a fun party!
“We feel as though the entire day was perfect! Every dollar spent was worth it! The flowers, music, lighting, cake, photographer…honestly, you were all amazing!!!” said the Brides.
