MDM Entertainment Receives a Rating of A+ from the Better Business Bureau

Schaumburg, IL February 22^, 2010 – MDM Entertainment has been awarded a Better Business Bureau rating of A+ to recognize their dedication to their clients and to the Better Business Bureau Code of Business Practices.

The BBB Code of Business Practices represents sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer trust and confidence in business. The Code is built on the BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business.

The Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois has recently revised it’s rating system in order to better inform consumers about the reliability of local businesses.

Under the previous system a company was assigned a rating of either “Satisfactory” or “Unsatisfactory” based on how the company resolved customer complaints.  The new rating system assigns a letter grade from A+ to F to every company in its database.  The system takes into account 17 factors such as a company’s complaint history, number of years in business and advertising standards.  The Council of Better Business Bureaus, the umbrella organization, tested the system for over two years before making it the standard for all Better Business Bureaus to follow.
